RETURN POLICY

At Amptek, our goal is to provide our customers with good quality products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at victor@amptek-tech.com within 2 business days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy it for you. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us about a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving your item. We’ll do our best to make things right for you.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at victor@amptek-tech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without RMA will not be accepted. Goods must be returned by mail. Drop-off will not be accepted.

The cost of returning unwanted goods is your responsibility. We advise that goods should be returned by trackable delivery method and insured for their full return value. You are responsible for them until we have received and checked them.

Returns must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, SIM card, etc. from the initial purchase. All items must be in original, re-saleable condition and accompanied by the original invoice and the RMA. Incomplete or physically damaged products will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment method, excluding shipping and a 20% restocking fees. Refunds can take up to 30 days after we receive the returned goods.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
